Small private studio apartment in house. Private entrance. Looking for someone that enjoys a beautiful nature view, tolerant of outdoor animals, and quiet living. Feels like country living but just 3 min from Stator Brothers grocery store, 2 1/2 miles to the mall. Simple cooking options provided. Bathroom provides shower, toilet, storage closet. Also included is a double sink vanity, walk in closet.Kitchenette includes sink with garbage disposal, window, counter, microwave. Cupboards below sink. Refrigerator. Main room is a living room bedroom combo. We can provide beds. We can provide small armoires And consider providing other needed items. All hard floorsAll utilities are included in the rent. No extra fees. We are a married couple in our 50's and have lived in our home for 22 years where we raised our 4 children. We have a friendly German shorthair Pointer outdoor/indoor dog (on our side) We also have goats and a couple of chickens. We enjoy doing projects around the house, gardening and hiking. We have a beautiful view on both sides of the house.
