Looking for a respectful and responsible person to rent long term a fully furnished bedroom with shared bathroom, in a 4 bed/2.5bath 2 stories 1900 sqft house. Every room has the latest state of the art individual temperature control.I am a professional male, with a full time job away from the house. I do rock climb from time to time on my time off from work. You’ll be sharing the house with myself and 1M and 1F roommate. I am quiet, clean, considerate and respectful of others. I’d expect the same for all my roommates.No smoking. No drugs. No pets. Not a party house, but if you do like occasional board game gatherings, that’s okay.
