Grab your morning coffee and sit on your private balcony to take in the expansive view of the lake. Your bright, open kitchen/dining/living area has sliding doors that open onto the balcony. Walk into the bedroom, and you'll notice the luxury queen memory foam mattress. There are 2 50-inch Roku smart TV's -- in the living room and the bedroom.The apartment is in a separate section of our well-maintained, comfortable home, which is nestled in a little grove of tall pines on the lake. Parking space is reserved for you in the concrete driveway.We're a straight shot into downtown Norfolk, 3 minutes from the interstate to Virginia Beach, and just 1 mile to the local shopping district with supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, coffee shops. The beach is 5 minutes away.My husband and I (and 3 kitties) live on a separate floor, and sometimes 1 or 2 other folks are renting a room elsewhere the house. Everyone is responsible, clean, respectful of others. Security is vital to your peace of mind, and you will get a new unique code for your bedroom keypad lock. $1250/month.Our best wish is that you feel at home and at ease here. There are a few simple, commonsense house rules. No smoking, no pets, no recreational drugs. Respect others. Clean up after yourself.
