No smoking or vaping, of any substance on the property. Fresh clean air to breathe in the house and outside. Rewilded back and front 1 acre property. Back yard with old growth trees, mown pathways. Beautiful forest view out front and 30 ft. front deck to enjoy, great for BBQ, and having friends over. Drinking water from a filtered Well on property so requires chemical free house cleaning, ( I supply these products for cleaning). On site septic system requires grease free drains.
