English: Our apartment was freshly refurbished and renovated in [HIDDEN] The 3-room apartment is approx. 81 sqm in size and is located on the 1st floor. An elevator is available in the house. There are numerous parking spaces in front of the building, which can be used free of charge.
The apartment consists of a large living room, 2 separate bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub/shower, a kitchen and a balcony. The balcony can be accessed from both the kitchen and the living room. The sleeping facilities
offer space for a total of 6 people.
In the living room there is a cozy, yet large pull-out couch with space for 2 people. The extendable dining table, with space for 6 people, can also be used as a workstation. A 65-inch smart TV is also available and invites you to Netflix & Chill.
One of the two bedrooms has a heavenly box-spring bed (180 x 200 m). The other bedroom is furnished with an equally comfortable bed (140 x 200 m). Smart TVs are also available in both bedrooms.

Die 3-Zimmer-Wohnung ist ca. 81 qm groß befindet sich im 1. OG. Ein Aufzug ist im Haus vorhanden. Vor dem Haus befinden sich zahlreiche Parkplätze, die kostenfrei genutzt werden können.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Wohnzimmer, 2 separaten Schlafzimmern, einem Bad mit Wanne/Dusche, einer Küche und einem Balkon. Der Balkon ist sowohl von der Küche aus, als auch vom Wohnzimmer zu begehen. Die Schlafmöglichkeiten
bieten Platz für insgesamt 6 Personen.
Im Wohnzimmer ist eine gemütliche, aber dennoch große Ausziehcouch mit Platz für 2 Personen vorhanden. Der ausziehbare Esstisch, mit Platz für 6 Personen, kann auch als Arbeitsplatz genutzt werden. Ein 65-Zoll Smart-TV ist ebenfalls vorhanden und lädt zu Netflix & Chill ein.
Eins der beiden Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein himmlisches Boxspringbett (180 x 200 m). Das andere Schlafzimmer ist mit einem ebenso gemütlichen Bett (140 x 200 m) ausgestattet. In beiden Schlafzimmern sind ebenfalls Smart-TV’s vorhanden.
