Price includes wi-fi, all utilities, and professional house cleaning weekly. While there is no private entrance to the room, its right up the stairs from the front door to your private space. This is a no-pet, non-smoking household. For your protection, there is a co-living agreement specifying cleanliness standards and quiet hours. The owner is friendly but quiet and respectful of your space and lives in one room. We are all adults = two professionals and one student. We are looking for a student or professional with healthy habits and good communication, that does not work entirely from home.
