Rent a room in Centennial

My roommate is leaving soon and I would like to find someone to take over her lease which ends at the end of May 2025. The shared space is going to be pretty much empty since she’ll be taking all her furniture with her. It does have a large walk-in closet and private bathroom. The total for the rent includes Utilities, WiFi, and parking. Electricity is about $50-$60.A little about me; I am quiet and am usually working a lot. I’m clean of shared spaces and respectful.
