Hey there, we are renting an upstairs room out. We are looking for someone that's career-oriented, single, and able to rent for a few months-years. As for our restroom accommodations, we offer a shared bathroom with a nice young man.The house and the area is very quiet and peaceful, with a trail and park nearby. We are also located near the 15, 60, and 91 freeways, as well as the chino and Ontario airports. We currently have 3 very nice, quiet, and respectful tenants living at this property.All utilities, such as water, gas, trash, WIFI, and more are covered by the rent.
