Rent 3 bedroom apartment in Los Angeles

Hey what’s up guys! The property is a 3 floor apartment building. We are on the 2nd floor. The building is a bit dated, but still does the job. There’s a pool and a jacuzzi and laundry on every floor. There's also a parking spot. It’s close to Sepulveda Blvd. there’s a grocery store down the street, a gym and a few other businesses. We're also right off the 405.The room we are renting out is the small room in the back. It has its own private balcony and a closet. There is more storage in the shared bathroom space.My roommate is a student at Santa Monica College and I work in tv/film acting and music! We are both usually out during the day depending and back at home in the evenings. We clean up after ourselves and it’s pretty chill. I usually gym in the A. Ms and I’m usually in the kitchen or hanging in my room! We do our own thing.We ask that you are respectful and clean with the communal areas, e. g., the kitchen, living room, and shared bathrooms.
