Rent 4 bedroom apartment in Redondo Beach

Hello, I am moving out of a 4b4b townhouse at the end of November due to a new job. The lease doesn't end until June so the new tenant will be taking over my part of the lease. The available room is roughly 15' x 18' with a private bathroom (it is a master bedroom) as well as a large walk-in closet. There is also in-unit washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a two car garage with extra space in the lower area (there is also street parking), maintenance, and air conditioning. The rent payment is $1755 which does not include utilities (they are around $40 a month total). There is also a one-time security deposit for $1375 (this may be a different price but will be close to this value). Target, Ralphs, and many other stores are within walking distance and Hermosa Beach is a 10 minute drive away. The other three tenants are engineers in their early 20's and work at the same company. They are friendly and go out often.I will be living in the apartment until the end of November, so the new tenant can expect to move in by December 1st or later.Let me know if you have any inquiries about the room/area or anything else.
