Looking for a female roommate that is comfortable and friendly with elementary aged school children. I have my two kids with me four days per week and then im usually gone the other three days per week.We also have two other guests that reside in the garage that we converted to another large bedroom. They both are female and keep to themselves and work full hours per week.Val vista lakes is a very nice upscale community. We have a multi million dollar all. acess clubhouse you can use as a renter. The club house has several huge pools , hot tub, racquet ball courts, pickelball, tennis courts, gym and a sandy beach on the lake. Val vista lakes is a very quiet, safe and family friendly neighborhood with easy access to , restaurants, hospitals, shopping , buslines and close freeway access. aAn ideal roommate should have a stable job or income. Have a friendly personality and be fine living in a shared relaxed and vibrant home.No overnight guests , No pets, No additional children ,No illegal drugs , No felonies will be accepted.
