Rent 4 bedroom house in Santa Clarita

Just a little description,One story house with four bedrooms and a backyard at walking distance to Central Park in a quiet and safe neighborhood. I am looking for a mature and responsible professional tenant who cleans up after himself and is gone most of the time/day so that I can have some privacy. I enjoyed time alone and can study peacefully. Best match would be traveller nurses who work at a hospital but that’s not a deal breaker. I'd like someone who is not loud, without drama, responsible, doesn’t come in at 0200 or 0400am and pays rent on time (1rst of the month). I would prefer a Vegan roommate but if not that is fine. Also no smokers preferred or it will have to be outside the house. I will rather have you bring no visitors to my house or it will have to be arranged. The room is furnished with a brand new King bed. There is free wifi, Amazon Prime, Discovery, Roku, & Hulu. Utilities are included. You might be submitted to a background check and a contract agreement. There is no lease although there is a minimum stay of 3 months with security deposit of $500-. The room is medium size. AC/fan/heater/washer/dryer/sto ve/microwave/toaster all in good condition. Compromises can be done if needed but will have to be previously agreed on prior to the move.
