Furnished or unfurnished (full sized bunk bed currently in the room) bedroom with wide closet and 2 windows facing Flushing Meadow Park (southeast exposure). Used to be my son's room but he lives with his mother now in NJ. Bed can be removed or if you want it furnished, I can provide a desk and dresser. Looking for like minded individual so month to month for now but willing to have someone well into next year. Massive apartment with brand new renovated kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, my terrace where I grow tomatoes, beans, garlic, peppers, herbs, and strawberries.
