Asunto Oy Tampereen Opaali on valmistunut vuonna 2017 suositulle Kalevanrinteen alueelle. Alueelta löytyvät kattavat palvelut, mm. Prisman kauppakeskus, uimahalli sekä useita kuntosaleja. Liikenneyhteydet ovat Kalevassa vailla vertaansa, bussilla pääsee kätevästi niin keskustaan kuin Hervantaankin. Matkan voi taittaa myös raitiovaunulla!
Talosta löytyy monipuolisesti asuntoja erilaisilla pohjaratkaisuilla yksiöistä kolmioihin. Asunnot ovat avokeittiöratkaisujen ansiosta avaria ja valoisia.
Osassa asuntoja lisätilaa tuo lasitettu parveke, ja joissakin huoneistotyypeissä on ranskalainen parveke.

Vuokralainen tekee oman sähkösopimuksen sekä sitoutuu ottamaan kotivakuutuksen sekä vastuuvakuutuksen.

The apartment floors are laminate. The tiled bathroom has space and connections for a washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, a ceramic stove, and a dishwasher.
The lease agreement is for an indefinite period. The security deposit is equivalent to one month's rent.
The water fee is €20 per person per month, which is fixed and not adjusted. The housing company is gradually becoming smoke-free. The rental agreements for new tenants prohibit smoking in the apartments, on the apartment balconies, and in the common areas of the housing company. Please note that the property is not yet completely smoke-free. Pets are allowed. The tenant makes their own electricity contract and commits to taking out home insurance and liability insurance.
