Rent 2 bedroom house in Kensington Park

I am an IT field technician and I travel a lot. Looking for 2 roommates that are clean, will pickup after themselves, are responsible, and will replace what they take. I have a medium sized black lab that will go to my parents when I travel unless some other arrangement is made. NOT 420 and no illegal drugs allowed on premises. Must have good personal hygiene! I don't smoke cigarettes, but I do smoke cigars outside from time to time. There are 2 rooms for rent, the larger room is 1200 and the smaller room is 900 a month.
