Rent a room of 7 m² in Tromsø

I am going on exchange next semester, so I am renting out my room in this lovely flat! The flat is very close to the city centre (a 7mins downhill walk) but located in a calm area and close to Prestvannet where you can take nice walks or ice-skate in the winter. Lysloipa is also super close, where you can ski in the winter and walk or cycle directly to university or the beach. You would share the flat with two other girls. Jenni is originally from Scotland but has been living in Tromso for several years. She works as a tour guide, so you can probably expect useful insider tips and tricks! The second girl will also be moving in in September to do an internship at Fremsenteret, so you'll both be getting to know the city at the same time! The flat has a spacious kitchen and a big and comfy living room area, complete with a TV, a sofa, and two balconies. All set for a cozy movie night, a cooking marathon, or a star-gazing polar night. There's everything included that you need, including furniture, internet, electricity, kitchenware, etc. The living room also has an amazing view towards Tromsdalen and Tromsdalstinden, I never tire of simply looking out the window while sitting in the reclining armchair. Cozy mornings are guaranteed. The room itself is also furnitured and small but cozy, with a 120cm bed, a desk, and a closet. If you need bedding and/or towels, that can be arranged. I will be leaving for exchange in the end of August, but my room could be available from the beginning already, as we have an empty room that I could temporarily move into until I leave. However, if you'd like to rent only from September, or later in August, that's also possible. The period of subletting is thus August/September until December. In case you want to move in in August already, it would still be me paying for that month, so you'd basically get one month for free :D If you have any questions, please hit me up! <3 Showings can be done in person or online :)
