The apartment is located in the popular Beethovenviertel. Surrounded by the most beautiful art nouveau houses in Augsburg, you can easily reach the main station (train to Munich in 30 minutes), the Königsplatz (main transfer point for buses and trams), the Wittelsbacher Park with its old trees, the magnificent street "Maximilianstrasse" within a 5-minute walk and the neighboring Bismarckviertel with its very special flair. Here you can visit cozy cafes and restaurants. The bridge there with a view of the hotel tower (the tallest building in Augsburg) invites you to a stroll in the evening.
Despite the location close to the center, the apartment is absolutely quiet while you have all amenities for your daily life in short walking distance.
There is also a workstation where the state-of-the-art router with a DSL100 line is installed.
Under the motto: “Green is the new black” we have designed a bedroom for you in pleasant green tones. The comfortable bed measures 1.60 x 2.00 m.
The apartment has been completely renovated, equipped with a new kitchen and is furnished with great attention to detail. The special thing about it: Augsburg artists and artisans have taken over the decoration and are exhibiting their handmade works here.
From smart TV to bluetooth box to charging station for your smartphone/tablet, you will find everything you need for a great stay. In the reading corner you will find books from our roman city, which is over 2000 years old.

Die Wohnung liegt im beliebten Beethovenviertel. Umgeben von den schönsten Jugendstilhäusern Augsburgs erreichst du bequem in einem Umkreis von 5 min. zu Fuß den Hauptbahnhof (Zug nach München in 30 min.), den Königsplatz (Hauptumsteigeplatz für Busse und Straßenbahnen), den Wittelsbacher Park mit seinem alten Baumbestand, die Prachtmeile "Maximilianstraße" und das benachbarte Bismarckviertel mit seinem ganz besonderen Flair. Hier können sie gemütliche Cafes und Restaurants besuchen. Die dortige Brücke mit Blick auf den Hotelturm (dem höchsten Gebäude von Augsburg) lädt zum abendlichen Flanieren ein.
Trotz der zentrumsnahen Lage liegt die Wohnung absolut ruhig.

Die Wohnung wurde komplett renoviert, mit einer neuen Küche ausgestattet und ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Das besondere bei uns: Augsburger Künstler und Kunsthandwerker haben die Dekoration übernommen und stellen hier ihre handgefertigten Werke aus.
