Room 4 Rent

The living room and kitchen - are shared space along with the 1 bathroom, if need be I can leave the twin bed and mattress in the room for rent. Has front yard -& side yard has long huge cement driveway that you can park your car inside the rot iron fence, backyard has big walnut tree a patio and laundry room with working washer. Theres plenty of space in this yard where if you need to you can pick a spot on patio to store your belongings I have plenty of tarps to keep it safe and dry, I also will drop rent $100.00 amonth to the right person who will take over the yard get and keep it in order tip top shape. They would have to be serious and diligent raking watering spraying down patios cement driveway raking all the leaves and debris picking up 1dogs poo daily, I use to do it perfect to my liking & it took about 1hour 30minutes a day
