The building is located on West 139th street, a stone's throw from City College and walking distance to the 1 and A/B/C lines. Columbia University is also easily accessible from this location making it ideal for students, but also for professionals looking for an easy commute.I have 1 private room available in this building. Basically you pay for your own private room, but must share common areas in the apartment with your roommates, like kitchen, bathroom, and living room.Rent includes water and heat only. Other utilities such as internet, cable, cooking gas and electricity are separate and are split 3 or 4 ways (depending on the # of roommates). Usually about $40-$60/per person.All agreements are month-to-month with a minimum 6 month vailable rooms:apt#12-1 room-$950. This is a 4 bedroom apartment, there are currently 2 male and 1 female roommates in their 20s. *This room is available for immediate move-in. We seek roommates that are neat, quiet and keep to themselves-Drama Free.Please note that even though this is a month-to-month agreement, there is still an application and approval process required for all potential tenants.We require proof of income and credit score (650+).
