Rent 2 bedroom house in Smoketree

This is a private bedroom and bath with a shared living space (kitchen and living room). Both bedrooms are upstairs. Utilities are all included with the rent cost. I have a washer and dryer in the unit, so you can do laundry here.I currently live with two cats. They are both very sweet and friendly with people, though they are nervous about other animals.I like to cook, and I also like to share in that experience (cooking together is fun). Generally, I make the same few things a lot, but I like to find new recipes and learn them. I have a small collection of books and board games that I'm happy to share. Fridge space would be shared, split down the middle. I also like video games a lot and play primarily on PC (mostly single-player and co-op games because competitive stuff tends to stress me out or is toxic). I try to be a tidy person, but sometimes things get away from me. One of my cats tries to steal food and I have a particular way of handling trash in my home. I compost organics, sort recyclables into separate bins, and actually throw away very little compared to most people
