Your rooms paint color is a calming pale sky blue. It is furnished with a queen bed and dresser (If needed). Bed sheets, blankets, pillows & comforter available (if needed). Your Bedroom has a window that looks out onto front yard with shrubs and lots of greenery. It also has a cieling fan with light fixture and a full length mirror attached to the bedroom door. The private bathroom is adjacent to your bedroom with shower/tub and under sink storage space. Your private bathroom will NOT be shared with other room mates. Designated storage cabinet space available in the garage for your extra storage needs. Access to common areas include...use of kitchen, fridge, dishwahser, stove, microwave, and other appliances example; (coffee maker, blender, utensils, pots and pans etc). Designated space inside kitchen pantry for your snacks etc. Designated space inside kitchen fridge for your perishables. A designated kitchen cabinet for each roomate. Access to back yard and covered patio with several seating areas. Access to laundry area/room with a designated storage cabinet for your laundry and cleaning items. Access to living area with seating. Access to a 2nd fridge with designated space for more perishables inside the garage. Your roommates are quiet, respectful of your privacy, friendly and helpful.
