Rent 3 bedroom apartment in Carlsbad

Looking for a roommate to share this space with!! One of my roommates is moving in with her boyfriend so we are on the lookout for a new roomie ◡̈The living room is furnished and we have a cute little backyard (unfortunately I don’t have any gardening skills so our plants aren’t doing the best, so if you have a green thumb I’ll leave the gardening to you hahah). We have access to a gym that is a 2 min walk away, a nice pool, hot tub, and a walking path around the neighborhood. The area is very quiet and the HOA (we don’t pay for HOA) keeps the area looking really nice year round. We have a good sized kitchen, washer and dryer, and air conditioning (it’s been a life saver in this heat recently omg)! There’s an attached two car garage and parking available nearby.The room available does share a bathroom with my roommate Cat, who will be moving out Decemberish because she will be getting her Masters degree and the commute is just too far.I work remotely, but when I’m not working I love hiking, yoga, traveling and of course beach days! Cat is pretty much the same as me, she’s going to back to school to get her masters degree. She will be moving out around December.I’m excited to chat and see if we’d make great roommates!No pets allowed unfortunately :(*The move-in date is flexible
