Room available in a clean, quiet two bedroom, one bathroom Vacaville home. Located near all amenities in a quiet cul-de-sac. Shared bathroom with full access to living room, kitchen, dishwasher and washer/dryer in garage. Must be ok with animals as I have a dog that is kept outside when I am at work during the day and sleeps inside with me at night. I also have a small house kitten. The house is updated and kept extremely clean and maintained. Must be a well organized person and clean up after yourself! 1st month rent and deposit due upfront which includes all utilities, high speed internet and access to all streaming platforms. I have solar with central heating and AC so the house is kept cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Must provide proof of steady income and sign a month to month agreement. The room comes with a wall mounted smart TV and sound bar and can either be unfurnished and completely empty or I can leave it furnished with a queen size bed and 2 cube nightstands. No guests or late week nights since I work full time Mon-Fri and am up early. I am gone during the day and like to lay low in the evenings and weekends.
