Smaller room in first photo available starting December 1st for $980/month.Larger room in second photo available January 1st, this room is $1250/month.The unit is a 3br / 2 bath on the corner of Elysian park right up the hill from all the cute Echo Park spots. Canyon, Tilda, etc. literally minutes away by foot, but far enough from Sunset that it’s still quiet and calm. There’s a large patio shared by all units (6 in total and nobody else really uses it) and a private back patio outside of my room with a pottery setup and furniture to hang out on.I’m a 30yr old man who works from home most of the week. I like to rock climb, play music, do pottery, cook and host. I have 2 cats (Merlin and Spicy) and a snake (Cinder). My cats are super friendly and silly so I’m sure you’ll grow to like them, but just a warning in case you have any allergies.Looking for a roommate who would get along well with what I described above. I also like the keep the place relatively clean so please just know how to clean lol. Must be LGBTQ+ friendly. Seriously this place is a gem so I would love to share it with some cool people.
