Rent a room in Chicago

Hey everyone! Looking to sublet my room in a spacious 4 bed 2 bath townhome in Lincoln Park from January 1st through May 31st. Rent is $1275. Our landlord is super nice and lives above us on the second floor in her own unit and we have the entire main floor and basement. My room is on the main floor and could be furnished. Plenty of storage and living areas in the unit. The kitchen is huge and renovated, and the apartment is fully furnished, so you wouldn’t need to worry about bringing any kitchen/living area stuff! In-unit laundry, central AC/heat, dishwasher, and a large private back deck. We are located near Wrightwood and Halsted in a great location in Lincoln Park. Bus stop is 1min walk, Fullerton and Diversey trains 10min walk, Trader Joe’s 7min walk, and lakefront ~15min walk. Preferably looking for a girl in her twenties to take over my part of the lease and join my 3 great roommates. The other 3 girls are early 20s and graduated from Umich.
