Rent 4 bedroom house in Pasadena

Hi!We have a room available in our spacious four-bedroom, three-bathroom house situated in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood in Pasadena, close to Caltech (10 mins by bike).Rent comes out as $1350 plus ~$50 of utilities. The move-in date is the 1st of January, but we can work something out when your move in date is a bit earlier or later. The lease would be six months minimum.The room comes with its own bathroom, is decently big, and has loads of storage. It can come furnished with a bed and desk if needed.Your housemates would be Charlie (a two-and-a-half-year-old who will ask you to play with him, but you can say no), his parents Trang (art director) and Nils (postdoc), and Jacob (also postdoc). We all happen to be German and, for some reason, the previous occupants of the room in question were all Swiss. But we would be very happy to break with this tradition! We are all friendly, clean, active, and accommodating. Sharing the space with a child sometimes adds a little bit of chaos but even more so fun (this is affirmed by the non-parents in the house).
