FULLY FURNISHED ROOM IN CHINO. This spot is great for a responsible student or professional. The location is in Chino near Don Lugo high School, which is close to restaurants, shopping, and freeways. The house is a three bedroom two bath house. You will have your own bathroom and no need to worry about parking, because there is plenty. Will consider a small dog! (Non refundable pet deposit required of $200).There are two dogs who currently live in the home, which means you MUST be okay with dogs and your dog must be friendly with other dogs! NOTE: I am cat sitting for three months, this is temporary. NO OTHER CATS! I can leave the room furnished or move everything out, your choice. The house has an alarm system and two cameras inside and two cameras outside.There is washer and dryer inside the house. There is an in-ground pool and jacuzzi, which you have access to use.There is an office/gym area in the other room, which you have access to use.The house is on a septic system, which isn’t a concern.There is central air and heat for our comfort. The room measures 11.3 ft X 10.5 ftThe room has a Keurig, refrigerator and TV connected to DISH.Rent is $1100 a month on a month to month basis.Utilities will be split amongst two people (myself and one tenant). Current utilities are approx $450 a month.Deposit will be $500 plus first month’s rent ($1100) at time of move-in (total $1600).This space is available for one person and one vehicle!
