Rent 3 bedroom house in Los Angeles

Hello everyone,I have a spare room available to move in now. Freshly washed carpet. Used it as my home office for 3 years. Includes a minifridge to keep your groceries fresh.Will have access to kitchen to cook or warm up your food, make coffee, etc. The kitchen has a nook where you can eat comfortably.Street parking or you can park in the backyard. Shared bathroom, and I do have a 2yrd old male cat. Overnight guests ok, within reason. Living room, can be accomodated to be enjoyed. Bbq grill in backyard and dining table can be used also. I work from home in the 3rd bedroom/office, 6am-3pm monday - friday and go to bed by 1030pm, later on weekends. Thc friendly.
