Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Escondido

Room for rent. Preference would be male roomate but open to couple. Pets are okay. (dog fee would be your responsibility)I am a mostly quiet person, I cook on occasion. I work full time. I can be sociable so if you enjoy game nights, very open to it ..but only on weekends. We have "quiet times" from the leasing office no loud music after10pm. I am looking for a responsible roommate who pays bills on time and respectful to all common areas and clean up after themselves. You will have to sign lease to move in.
