Rent a room in Pembroke Pines

3 bedroom, 3 bath townhouse in the middle of Pembroke Pines. Laundry, Patio, community pool, internet, private bathroom, parking, Gym, Tennis courtyard, gated community. A fee of $100 is required for criminal background, I live with two dogs (friendly), and you must like animals. I'm clean and I expect the same from my roommate. smoke outside only. The location is near malls, movie theaters, parks, restaurants, hospitals, etc., a few minutes from 1-75 and Turnpike. no visitors, significant others, or kids not staying overnight.
