Rent a room in Pinedale

Brand new 2 story duplex with 4 bedrooms. Garage, and backyard. three of the rooms are taken by 1 each. The room that is up for rent is the second biggest in the house. We are college students and recent alumni at Fresno state and are looking for someone around our own age to move in. Our lease is month to month so this works out for anyone that is not wanting to commit to a 12 year contract. All we ask is for the person moving in to pay their part of bills that we split evenly and to be trustworthy.
