Hi 👋🏼. I’m looking for a female to take over my lease at Copper Beech Townhomes in Clovis beginning May 1st. It is $800 a month, deposit is $300. A large room with your own bathroom and a reserved parking spot. The roommates are very nice and clean. Washer/Dryer inside the unit. Free shuttle to and from Fresno State! Swimming pool, 24 hr gym, computer room, pool table, basketball court and tanning bed. Don’t wait until August to move in, it will be too hot 🥵, get settled in now while the weather is still nice! ***whoever takes over my leases, I will buy her a large pizza from Marco’s 🍕 🍕 🍕 ***
