The a. c. unit you can see in the pics is staying in the room! you can put in the window for the summer months and it’s easy to take down for the cold months. It’s an upstairs room with a shared bathroom. There’s a kitchen and living room for everyone, there’s a backyard with space for bbq-ing, gardening or chillin. Overall great house in a good neighborhood with parking in the driveway or right along the houseAbout the roommates: There are 3 other guys in the house, in their mid-twenties. Easygoing energy, they get into the sports on game nights. They like working out, chill nights, everyone works outside the home.(it’s cool if you work from home though!) The roomies would prefer someone in the same age range about 21-35. $100 a month for utilities
