Rent 3 bedroom house in San Antonio

I have one room for rent. I live in a 3 bed, 2 1/2 bath house with a garage and washer/dryer. Big backyard, a shared kitchen and living space. Can rent furnished or unfurnished. You will have your own bathroom. WiFi is included. Utilities are not included. No pets allowed as I have two dogs and three cats (cats are only staying until December). I work and go to school so I am looking for someone (preferably female) to rent my extra room. Must be tidy, no smoking, respectful. Photo shows the front of the house and one of my dogs.
