Rent a room in Antioch

Hi everyone,I am looking to rent a room in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house in Antioch, CA. I am 35y/o and my wife and I occupy the home. I work full time mostly from home and head to my office 1-2 days per week and my wife works part-time. We are frendly, laid back people and keep to ourselves. I am charging $1000/ month which will include high speed internet & all utilities. The house is only an 8 min drive to Pittsburg BART and close to large shopping center. I am looking for someone who is clean, responsible, and courteous. Only single occupants please.The picture displayed is of the bedroom available but it will not be furnished.
