We are a Lake Balboa couple looking for a quiet, clean, respectful, drama-free, responsible, and decent human beings, who love and adore cats (we have 2!). If you are looking for a simple room, we have one available now (shared bathroom with other tenants)! Utilities not included (electricity, water, sanitation, WiFi, and DirectTV). Street parking is available for 1 car per renter. The bedroom information is as follows:Bdrm size, [HIDDEN] $1000/month; deposit $1000 first month + $1000 (security deposit) = $2000Credit and background checks (no evictions or criminal record) will be conducted, as we want to make sure we all have a place to stay and have a peaceful environment.
