Rent a room in Olympia

I'm a 34 yr old female with a cat (who you will probably never see as he is scared of people besides me). Have a house (3 bed 2 bath, 1,640 sq ft.) on the west side of Olympia (couple blocks from busline, although someone who drives would be ideal, as I do not but have other transportation arrangements) with a room open for rent. Preferably looking for a male but open to a female as well. No other smoking in the house. I do occasionally have overnight guests but for the most part I'm pretty quiet & a homebody. The bathroom for available room is the guest bathroom so it's "shared" but I also have a bathroom in my bedroom. Room could be semi furnished (i. e. bed, table, lamp) or I can move it to the other room if you have your own things. Also would be great if it was someone willing to
