Looking for a drama-free, non-smoking, clean housemate to share my home. I am located in a gated community Off of Sunset and the 215/DurangoRent is $950 per month, which includes all utilities such as electricity, heating, AC, water, garbage, and internet. Unfortunately, no pets or children & no couples are allowed nor overnight guests.The room is private and furnished.The bathroom would be shared with a clean male roommate.The entire home is fully furnished with high-quality appliances and cookware.Proof of employment and references are required. I prefer you to maintain a clean living space.There is ample street parking available in the safe neighborhood.I have two dogs both large. One is 2 and the other is 15.
