Rent 3 bedroom house in Fresno

Hi offering a room for rent in a three bedroom house, A few minutes from river park and wood ward park. Walking distances to local grocery store/McDonalds. You'll have to share the bathroom, backyard, and laundry facilities. Friendly, well-behaved dogs/cats may be considered, provided they're potty trained and sociable. We all work Monday through Friday. Looking for some one okay with a month to month contract and Willing to sign a contract. Very open to any person or gender. But you have to have a job at least part time( we will want to verify). I wouldn’t say we’re a super quiet household but we are quiet Monday through Thursday after 10 pm. We respect people work schedules and sleep schedule though.
