Rent a room in Arlington

I’m looking for a temporary female roommate. I live in a 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment in Arlington. I’m looking for someone to rent out my guest bedroom. The apartment is really close to Parks Mall and I-20. The apartment is also furnished.I’m looking for someone clean, respectful, and quiet that can live month to month until December or before. The rent would be $1000/month + splitting utilities (about $150+ /month it really depends on the season)
