Rent 2 bedroom apartment in North Phoenix

Renting out the extra room I have, looking to fill it by July 1st. 1 BR 1 BA, you would have your own private bedroom and bathroom along with full access to shared living areas. Looking for a quiet single person, who is employed full time or going to school full time. I don’t party really so ideally the right candidate wouldn’t either. There are no hard drugs allowed on the property, 420 is okay outside. Deposit is Equal to one months rent, so $850 for rent, which includes all utilities except internet, internet is an extra $45/mo and a fully refundable $850 deposit. Total move in cost is $1700.This is a second floor apartment just fyi! Thanks!!
