Kitchen contains fridge-freezer; dishwasher; washing machine and dryer and space to store your food.  There is also internet in the house. I am an owner occupier and live there by myself. It is in close proximity to the university. A bike ride will get you there in 20 minutes and there is a bus stop nearby that you can use to get to the university.
