Lovely, warm and cosy single room  downstairs in house.   Suitable for student The room is downstairs, just inside front door - with plenty of storage and a good study area with large desk and office chair. Bedlinen, towels, hairdryer provied. There is a downstairs toilet.  Non smoker only please. You would because she will love you and will want to visit you in your room if she got the opportunity!  Our dog is treated like one of the children and sleeps with us upstairs.  We are a family of 4: My daughter 18 years old has Down Syndrome and my son is 19 -he is a first year student at ATU. I work from home and my husband is an accountant. Parking at front of house. Easy access to many bus routes to town and NUIG - 15 to 25 mins journey off peak, can be delays during rush hour.  Car owner would probably be most suitable. Few mins drive to Tesco, Lidl, Aldi, Harvey Norman, Next, Dunnes & many more. Walkable to Salthill, Cappagh Park Broadband, heating  and electricity incluced, as well as  bedlinen and towels. Share cooking facilities, washing machine and dryer.   Share bathroom with one other- bath and shower over bath upstairs with toilet. Toilet downstairs also. Paved garden at back with basketball hoops and seating area.
