single room available to rent in shared house, just walking distance from the college. The house is occupied by females only. The room comes fully furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk. Looking or a quiet, clean and respectful individual.  The rent is 160euro per week with wifi and bins included, bills are seperate(elecricity and oil).
