Rent 3 bedroom house in Aurora

Middle of June to beginning of July move in. Fully remodeled kitchen and fresh paint, living room on the main level all to yourself. The room size is 16' 4" x 10' 3". Quite neighborhood and I'm quite, clean and respectful. Looking for somewhat of the same! Security deposit of 800. Proof of employment. Background check. My roommate currently occupies both bedrooms so getting some good updated photos was difficult. Sorry for the mess in the photos but my roommate currently uses the room for storage and I don't want to move his stuff around. I have a cat but I'd prefer no additional animals besides reptiles and other tank pets. The house is still a little bit of a work in progress though I'm slowly painting and fixing things as I go nothing major though. Very close to the hospital down the road so for a nurse this would be an ideal location!
