Rent 8 bedroom house in Pacific Palisades

The energy in this house is amazing and the room i am renting is on the opposite side of the house . This house is across the highway from the beach in the back of the community, Lots of privacy with 4 very tall trees and a small yard in between the house and closest neighbor. This community also has a lap pool and hot tub. There is a community laundry room too.The bus stops at PCH and the metro station is in Santa Monica. Their is a beautiful big beach that is rarely crowded right across the street. The beach has a great beach side walk with a bike path and a great sit down restaurant. The house is very close to several hiking trails on Temescal and the 10 freeway as well as Sunset. Blvd. I’d like someone with a monthly income that can afford the rent with a good credit rating and references. . The security deposit is not to be used as last month's rent and is forfeited if you break the year lease. Please set an appt to take a look ....
