Rent 7 bedroom house in Ceres

Hello! We are looking to rent to someone responsible, clean, and respectful. We are in a very quiet and safe neighborhood in the East Gate area of Ceres. With a park across the street. About 5 minutes from freeway 99, 15 minutes from Stan State, and very close to multiple shopping centers. This is a shared space as we also rent other rooms in the downstairs floor.Please note this picture does not match the room we are looking to rent since the roommate there is moving out at the end of the month. However, the room is identical with the exception being the window is at the back of the room vs the front of the room as shown in these picture. All utilities includes!!
