Rent 3 bedroom house in Downtown Anaheim

We currently live in a 3-bedroom house in Anaheim, close to the packing house and downtown Anaheim. We currently have 1 renter and are looking to rent out the 3rd room in the house. This room is 11x10 feet and has a decently sized closet. The room is currently furnished so you won't need to bring anything yourself.The home has a dedicated laundry room which you will obviously be free to use. In addition to this, there is a bathroom dedicated to both of the renters rooms, which means you will be sharing the bathroom with one other person. Outside of this all common areas are free to be used by anyone. We have a 3-story house that is 2,400 square feet, so plenty of space for people to hang out.We are easy going people who want our renters to enjoy the home as much as we do. We encourage you to use the living room, cook a great meal, and enjoy the neighborhood pool/jacuzzi/club house.
