It’s 950 a month + utilities (cheap) in a brand new unit and your room has patio access, you’d share a bathroom with Zac (he’s very clean promise) and would have a place to park! Washer and dryer in unit too 😊 Located in El Cajon it’s an apartment down a private driveway in a good neighborhood on landlords property, close to the freeway, close to one of the cheapest gas stations in town, down the street from the mall/aldis grocery store and we’re very clean, respectful, organized, and have a house meeting every once and awhile just to make sure everything’s all good. I work for Scripps and love to go to the beach, hike, socialize and Zac is an electrician and he is in a folk band and play at local events and breweries. We’re good people and would love a good person to move into our awesome place. We also have a cat named Earl.
