No other pets allowed. Basics of rental agreement for 2nd floor bedroom option: Rent is $1,000/mo., non-negotiable. Leasing period is six months and can be renewed once the lease is up. Mandatory prepayment of first two months’ rent ($2,000) in addition to a $1000 security deposit. Late rent will come with a $10 fine per day, with the lease broken if later than 7 days. Basics of rental agreement for 3rd floor loft bedroom with freshy cleaned carpets available for $1,200/mo.
